| 内容記述 | 義務教育学校を制度化する学校教育法一部改正（2015）を受け，秋田県内でも複数の市 町村が，小中一貫教育学校及び小中一貫型小学校・中学校（仮称）の設置に向けた具体的 な検討を始めている．本研究では，秋田県内における小中連携教育の現状とその成果・課 題及び小中一貫教育に対する市町村教育委員会の考え方を調査した．その結果，小中一貫 教育学校の設置の動向には，学習指導及び生徒指導の充実に加え，少子化への対応という 動機が強いこと，設置に当たっては施設・設備等のハード面よりも，教職員の意識，9 年 間を見通したカリキュラム開発といったソフト面の課題を重視する傾向の強いことを明ら かにした． |

| 内容記述 | Responding to the partial revision of the School Education Act in 2015 which institutionalized "compulsory education school", some municipal boards of education in Akita have started to work on a detailed study of establishing combined primary and lower secondary schools and less-combined primary schools and lower secondary schools （tentative name）. In this study, we examined the current status, achievements and problems of the cooperative education between primary and lower secondary schools in Akita Prefecture as well as the opinions of the municipal education committees toward educational continuity from primary through lower secondary levels. Results revealed that the growing trend to establish combined primary and lower secondary schools is strongly associated with the motive to enhance the academic development and student guidance as well as declining birth rates. Studies also revealed that those municipals tend to place a higher importance on abstract matters such as teachers' motivation and education curriculum of nine years rather than tangible matters like facilities and equipment. |
