| 内容記述 | 臨床場面におけるインフォームド・コンセントの実態をふまえて,看護師が感じている悩み,問題であると感じている状況を明らかにすることを目的に調査を実施した.その結果,情報提供は実施されていたが,それはインフォームド・コンセントの基本理念に基づく情報提供ではなく,患者の自由な同意も行われていない状況であった.看護師が患者を擁護する活動を展開するためには,情報提供の在り方についての工夫と同時に,権限をもたない看護師自身が同僚およびチームと管理者,倫理委員会などのサポートを得ることが不可欠になる.インフォームド・コンセントにおける看護師の役割は,患者が最善の医療を受けられるように調整すること,看護ケア実施にあたっては患者への説明,同意を得ること,の2つの責任があると考える. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to disclose concerns of nurses and areas which nurses feel to be problematic in regard to the current situation of informed consent in clinical practice. Results showed that although there was provision of information, it was not based on the concept of informed consent, and the patient's free consent was not sought. In order for nurses to further develop patient protection, it is essential that there is a structure for information provision, and that the nurse, who lacks jurisdiction herself, gets support from a supervisor or the Ethics Committee. I think that the nurse has two roles with regard to informed consent: making it possible for the patient to receive the best medical treatment,and explaining and obtaining consent from a patient as to the implementation of nursing care. | |||||||||
