本研究では，大学病院に勤務する精神科病棟以外での勤務経験がない看護師が抱く身体合併症看護に対する心理的負担について帰納的記述型研究を行った．その結果，【経験・知識・技術の不足による不安】【正しいアセスメントや身体ケアへの自信のなさ】【実践後に残る気がかり】【他スタッフへの懸念】【身体を看ることへのプレッシャー】【精神症状への対応とのジレンマ】の６つのカテゴリーが抽出された．精神科病棟以外での勤務経験がない看護師は，身体合併症看護の知識・技術，経験不足に加え，精神症状との兼ね合いや他スタッフとの関係性にも心理的負担を抱えながら身体合併症看護を実践していることが示された． |

In this study, inductive description type study was conducted on the psychological burden against nursing for physical complications held by nurses, working in university hospital, without working experience outside of psychiatric ward. As a result, six categories were extracted: [anxieties due to lack of experience/knowledge/technique], [lack of confidence on proper assessment and body care], [residual fear after practice], [concern about other staff], [pressure towards nursing body] and [dilemma with management for mental symptoms]. The study indicated that nurses without working experience outside of psychiatric ward practice nursing for physical complication, while holding psychological burden on balance with mental symptoms and relationship with other staff in addition to lack of knowledge, technique and experience for nursing of physical complication. |
