As a result, six categories were extracted: [anxieties due to lack of experience/knowledge/technique], [lack of confidence on proper assessment and body care], [residual fear after practice], [concern about other staff], [pressure towards nursing body] and [dilemma with management for mental symptoms]. The study indicated that nurses without working experience outside of psychiatric ward practice nursing for physical complication, while holding psychological burden on balance with mental symptoms and relationship with other staff in addition to lack of knowledge, technique and experience for nursing of physical complication.},
