Ａ県内における学校運動器検診の実施状況と養護教諭の認識を明らかにし, 運動器検診の実施における養護教諭の関わり方について検討することを目的に調査を行った. 調査1では, Ａ県内の養護教諭377名を対象に, 学校における健康診断の状況と運動器検診について質問紙調査を実施した. 学校健診の中で脊柱側弯症の診察は７割が実施していたが, 四肢の骨・関節の診察は４割以下であった. 調査2では, Ａ県養護教諭研修会に参加した174名の養護教諭を対象に運動器疾患と運動器検診に関する講演会の実施後の養護教諭の認識について調査した. 発育期の運動器の特性や運動器障害に関する啓蒙は, 運動器検診の意義や必要性を認識する機会になっていた. 今後は学校運動器検診の整備に向けて, 養護教諭の関わり方を検討することが必要である. |

The objective of the present study was to investigate the status of the implementation of musculoskeletal examinations in schools and the awareness of school nurses in Prefecture A in order to examine approaches for the involvement of school nurses in musculoskeletal examinations. In Survey 1, a questionnaire survey on health checkups and musculoskeletal examinations at schools was conducted on 377 school nurses in Prefecture A. Examination for scoliosis was performed during health checkups at schools by 70％ of school doctors, but examination of bones and joints in the limbs was performed by less than 40％ of school doctors. In Survey 2, we investigated the awareness of 174 school nurses who participated in a school nurse workshop in Prefecture A following the implementation of lectures on musculoskeletal disorders and musculoskeletal examinations. It was an opportunity to recognize the significance and necessity of musculoskeletal examinations through gaining knowledge about the characteristics of the musculoskeletal system during development and musculoskeletal impairment. It is necessary to investigate approaches for the involvement of school nurses for the further development of musculoskeletal examinations at schools. |
