研究目的は,病棟看護師が学生に対しどのような期待をもちながら実習指導をしているのかを分析し,実習指導者としての役割課題への示唆を得ることである.病棟看護師17名に,無記名で,実習指導場面に関する次の5項目:1.学生との関わりの有無,2.行動計画発表時,対応に困ったこと,3.学生と一緒に処置・ケアを行って,困ったこと,4.患者からの学生に対する不満や苦情,5.学生の実習記録を読んだ経験について内容の記述を求めた.結果の大要は次のとおりである.(1)対象となった病棟看護師全員が学生の指導に関わっていた.(2)記述内容から読み取った病棟看護師の学生への期待は,【看護援助】【思考・記録】【実習姿勢】【対象の理解】の4つに分類された.実習指導者としての役割は,学生への実習指導と病棟看護師への学生指導上の問題を把握し助言するという役割があると示唆された. |

The purpose of this research was to analyse what expectations ward nurses have of students during nursing practice, and to obtain suggestions regarding the role of nursing practice supervisor. Seventeen ward nurses were asked to report anonymously on the following five areas: 1. Whether they had been involved in student supervision. 2. Difficulties experienced at the time of the action plan announcement. 3. Difficulties experienced in carrying out procedures or patient care with the student. 4. Patient's dissatisfaction with or complaints regarding the student. 5. Thoughts on reading the student's training record. The results were as follows: (1) All of the ward nurses surveyed had been involved in student supervision. (2) From their reports, ward nurses' expectations of students can be broken down into the four categories: Nursing assistance; Thinking and recording; Attitude; Understanding of objective. It was suggested that the nursing practice supervisor's role was to guide the student nurses and to understand and advise on issues relating to supervising students during nursing practice. |
