| 内容記述 | ボタンのかけはずしができない精神運動発達遅滞を有する症例に対して,姿勢を安定させ,服地の張りやボタン穴の抵抗感を強調した介助方法を行い,運動の方向性を学習させ,そして,徐々にその介助量を減らしていくというアプローチを試みた.その結果,長期間ではあったが,ボタンのかけはずし動作を獲得させることができた.本研究は実施したアプローチ方法の有効性を検証するため,今回の動作獲得の過程を行動の学習過程からの分析と感覚-運動機能面からの活動分析という2つの側面から分けて捉えて考察した.その結果,今回実施したアプローチ方法には学習理論に裏付けされた学習効果をあげる技法の要素が多く含まれていたことが明らかになった.また,活動分析の側面からは身体的な介助の際の適切な感覚入力の提供が動作学習効果の促進に有効であることが示唆された. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | An Occupational therapy approach was adopted for a child with mental and motor retardation unable to perform the actions of fastening and unfastening buttons. This method involved gradually reducing assistance to stabilize the posture and emphasize the tension of the cloth and the resistance of the buttonhole, which allowed the child to learn the directionality of the movement. Although it took a long time, the motion of fastening and un fastening buttons was achieved. In order to verify the effectiveness of the approach, two aspects of this movement acquisition process were considered: analysis of the behavior learning process and activity analysis from the point of view of the sensory-motor function. As a result, it was clear that this approach included many elements of techniques achieving learning results as supported by learning theory. Further, the activity analysis suggested that that appropriate sensory input given during assistance was effective in promoting learning of the movement. | |||||||||
