学んだ基礎看護技術を,対象に適した方法で実践できるようにする為に,事例を取り入れた演習を実施し,認知・精神運動・情意の三領域における学生の達成状況から今回の演習方法を検討した.その結果,認知領域と情意領域は概ね達成できていたことから,演習実施時期の妥当性が推測された.一方,精神運動領域の達成状況が不充分であったことから,学生に対し看護技術の練習が重要であることを伝え,練習時間の確保に努める必要性が示唆された.また,事例を取り入れた基礎看護技術演習を実施する場合,学生の評価は,演習場所や患者役や事例に影響を受けることが明らかとなった. |

Training with actual cases was conducted so that students were able to practice the method based on basic nursing technique and a training procedure from the viewpoint of students' attainment level with respect to the three areas of cognition, psychomotor and affective area was examined. As a result, the validity of training implementation time was presumed since the cognitive and affective areas were attained in general. On the other hand, it suggested the necessity of reserving time for practice sessions by conveying to students the importance of practicing nursing technique since the attainment of skill was inadequate. Moreover, it also clarified that the evaluation of students was affected by training location, the person acting as patient and cases when the basic nursing technique training was carried out. |
