知的機能と知的障害を持つ人々の評価のために工夫されたコラージュ得点との間の相関関係を検討するために2種のコラージュを本研究では使用した.コラージュとは雑誌などから切りぬいた写真を台紙に糊で貼りつける作品のことである.本研究で用いた一つのタイプのコラージュとは前述した通常のコラージュであり,他のタイプのコラージュとは写真の裏を厚紙で補強して底の部分を折り曲げて立つように工夫された素材である.改訂長谷川式簡易知能評価スケール(HDS-R)で測定された知的機能と写真の数やコラージュの中に見られたテーマとの間の相関関係を検討するためにピアソンの積率相関係数を用いた.立ち絵コラージュの場合には,長谷川式スケール得点と作成に使われた写真の総数,テーマの数そして互いに関連のある写真の数との間の相関係数は統計的に有意であった.痴呆患者群と他の疾患群を比較すると,コラージュ作成に使用された写真の総数,テーマ数そして互いに関連ある写真の数において有意差があった.以上の結果は全体としてみると,知的障害のある患者のコラージュ作品の特徴はより少ない写真数と少ないテーマ数であるといえるであろう. |

Two types of picture collages created for the evaluation of persons with intellectual dysfunction were used to investigate the relationship between the score of the collage and intellectual function. The picture collage is a composite of cuttings from magazines glued to a sheet of paper. The first picture collage used in this study is a regular style collage, and the second was reinforced with thick paper and constructed to stand by bending the bottom part. Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient was used to investigate the relationship between intellectual function measured by a revised version of Hasegawa's Dementia Scale (HDS-R) and the number of pictures and the number of themes found in the patient's collage. The correlation coefficients between the Hasegawa scale score and the total number of pictures that were used to construct a collage, the number of themes and the number of pictures that were related to each other were statistically significant for the standing picture collage. Significant differences were found in the total number of pictures that were used to construct collages, the number of themes and the number of pictures that were related to each other in collages made by the group of patients with and the group of patients without dementia. These results suggested that as a group, the collages of patients with intellectual deficiencies had fewer pictures, and tended to have fewer themes. |
