| 内容記述 | 看護基礎教育課程の学生に,がん疼痛の緩和に必要な知識を教授する前提として,モルヒネに関する知識の確認を行った.その後にWHO方式癌疼痛治療法のテキストを用いて講義を実施し,課題レポートにより知識の変化および看護ケアに関する意識の変化を確認した.知識確認テストの結果は,[モルヒネの習慣性]と[モルヒネの使用量について]の正解率が低く,知識不足とモルヒネに対する誤解・偏見を示していた.課題レポートの内容からは,講義を通して[痛みとモルヒネに関する知識]を習得したが,[痛みのある患者の看護ケアに関する意識]の変化は明確になっていないことが読みとれた.痛みのある患者の看護ケアには,除痛が必須のことであり,そのためには痛み治療に関する正しい知識を,基礎教育の段階から教授することの重要性が明らかになった. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Prior to instruction in cancer pain management. I gave students a test to check their knowledge of morphine hydrochloride. A lecture was given using the WHO cancer pain relief program textbook, and change in cancer pain management knowledge and nursing awareness was measured from student's subject reports. The results of the knowledge confirmation test were few correct answers about morphine habits and amount of morphine to administer. The results indicated knowledge gaps and students' prejudice towards morphine. The subject reports showed that although students obtained knowledge about cancerpain and morphine, awareness of nursing care against cancer pain was not improved. Pain management is indispensable for nursing pa-tients who have pain. In order to remove patients pain, it is important to teach correct knowledge about cancer pain management in baccalaureate nursing education. | |||||||||
