| 内容記述 | 障害者雇用が促進される一方で，教育・福祉から一般就労への移行支援は依然，課題と して残されている．移行支援を推進するためには，地域事情を踏まえた実効性のある就労 アセスメントの実施が求められている．そこで本研究では，相談支援専門員を対象とした 調査をもとに，松江市における現状把握，課題整理を行い，就労アセスメントの充実に資 する方策について検討した．就労アセスメントの効果として，本人と支援者双方のメリッ トが明らかになる一方で，課題として，目的や必要性，手続きに係る課題のほか，本人の デメリットや有効性の限界が浮き彫りとなった．それらを踏まえ，柔軟な運用や時間短縮， 対象者の拡大という改良策について言及したほか，推進役としての協議会の有効活用，多 機関連携に基づく地域全体の仕組みづくりについて考察した． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, the employment of persons with disabilities in private and public companies has been promoted; however, there are still many issues regarding transition support from education and welfare. In order to improve this, it is necessary to make effective use of the vocational assessment conducted as a system, while considering local conditions. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey among consultation support specialists in Matsue City to understand the implementation status and issues of vocational assessment. Based on the results, we discussed strategies for improving vocational assessment: the results showed that individuals with disabilities and work supporters benefited from the vocational assessment. However, there were issues related to the purpose, necessity, and procedures of vocational assessment. In addition, the disadvantages for users with disabilities and contents of the limitations of effectiveness could be clarified. Based on these results, we proposed measures to improve vocational assessment, such as flexible management, reduction of time, and expansion of the range of users with disabilities. In addition, for the further promotion of this vocational assessment, it was thought necessary to create a system based on the utilization of councils for the support of persons with disabilities in the community and multi-agency collaboration. | |||||||||||||
