| 内容記述 | 秋田県教職キャリア指標は，教職キャリア全体を俯瞰することができ，キャリアアップ のイメージをもちやすいという特色がある．しかし，指標の項目は抽象的なものが多く， 内容を的確に理解するには教職員の経験や力量が必要である．本研究はこれらの特色や課 題を踏まえ，指標を効果的に活用した校内研修の在り方について検討した．その結果，校 内研修で指標の項目について協議し，目指す姿や実践の方向性として具体化していくこと により，指標の内容理解が深まることが明らかになった．さらに，指標を学校マネジメン トの視点で校内研修に活用することは，教職員の協働性を高め，学校の組織力向上に有効 に働くと考える． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The Akita Prefecture Teacher Career Index is unique in that it provides a bird's eye view of one's entire teaching career, making it easy to visualize career advancement. However, many of the items in the index are abstract, and the experience and competence of the teaching staff are required to understand the content accurately. Based on these characteristics and issues, this research examined how to effectively use the index in in-school training. As a result, it was found that discussing the contents of the index in in-school training and concretizing them as goals and directions for practice can deepen understanding. In addition, I think that using the index in in-school training from the perspective of school management is effective in enhancing cooperation among teachers and staff and improving the organizational strength of the school. | |||||||||||||
