| 内容記述 | 背景：超高齢社会を迎えた日本における持続可能な介護の実現に向けて，介護従事者の仕事への満足度ややりがいの 確保と介護サービスの品質向上はどちらも取り組むべき課題と考えられる． 目的：介護施設における職員の職場環境に対する認識と入居者の心身状態との関連性を明らかにする． 方法：特定入居者生活介護の指定を受ける有料老人ホーム277施設を対象に縦断研究を行った．職員の職場環境に対する調査結果と雇用形態や資格等の職員情報，入居者の介護度等の心身状態と転倒事故・褥瘡の発生報告状況につい て，施設別に集計されたデータを取得し，職員情報と入居者の状態変化の関係について単回帰分析またはロジスティッ ク回帰分析を行った． 結果：介護職の職場環境に対する認識が良いほど褥瘡発生報告がされやすく(回帰係数1.42，p =0.0102)，看護職の 職場環境に対する認識が良いほど状態変化を伴う転倒事故報告率(回帰係数－0.03，p =0.0318)が低かった．職場 環境に関する調査結果と入居者の心身状態変化との関連は認められなかった． 結論：職員の職場環境に対する認識は，入居者の褥瘡や転倒事故の発生報告状況と関連していた． |

| 内容記述 | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the relationship between work environment perception and mental and physical condition of residents in the nursing home. METHODS：A longitudinal study was conducted using the in-facility database for 277 nursing homes. Data of the employee information includes a questionnaire on work environment perception of the employees, and employment status and licenses. Data of the resident information includes care level, ADL, and adverse events such as pressure ulcer or fall accidents in the nursing home. The relationship between the employee information and the conditions of residents was evaluated using simple regression analysis or logistic regression analysis. RESULTS：According to the awareness of the work environment, better valuation of care workers tend to higher the pressure ulcer occurrence reports (regression coefficient 1.42, p = 0.0102), and better valuation of nursing staff is likely to be associated with lower fall accident reporting rate with changes in condition (regression coefficient -0.03, p = 0.0318). No significant association was found between the questionnaire on the work environment perception and the state changes of the residents. CONCLUSION：The staff's perception of the work environment is related to the status of reports of pressure ulcers and fall accidents of residents in the nursing home. |
