Data of the employee information includes a questionnaire on work environment perception of the employees, and employment status and licenses. Data of the resident information includes care level, ADL, and adverse events such as pressure ulcer or fall accidents in the nursing home. The relationship between the employee information and the conditions of residents was evaluated using simple regression analysis or logistic regression analysis.\nRESULTS：According to the awareness of the work environment, better valuation of care workers tend to higher the pressure ulcer occurrence reports (regression coefficient 1.42, p = 0.0102), and better valuation of nursing staff is likely to be associated with lower fall accident reporting rate with changes in condition (regression coefficient -0.03, p = 0.0318).
