平成28年11月の「教育公務員特例法等の一部を改正する法律」成立により，教育委員会は求める教員像に資する教員育成指標（以下，「育成指標」と言う．）の策定に着手した．現在，全ての都道府県に育成指標が存在し，その活用が図られている．育成指標は，教員養成・採用・研修の一体化を図ることに主たる目的があるが，先行研究を見ると，研修段階における育成指標の活用については多くの事例があるものの，養成段階における育成指標の活用に係る研究は少ない．本稿の目的は，教員養成，特に教育実習の評価における育成指標の活用について，その方向性を探ることにある．検証に当たっては，本学附属小・中・特別支援学校及び実習協力校（県内の公立小・中学校）にアンケートを実施し，その結果を基に考察した． |

With the enactment of the "Law for Partial Revision of the Special Law for Educational Public Employees" inNovember 2016, the Board of Education has begun to formulate a teacher development index（hereinafter referred to as "development index"）that contributes to the desired image of teachers did. Currentry, there are developement index in all prefectures, and they are being utilized. The main purpose of the developement index is to integrate teacher nurture, recruitment, and training. Looking at previous research, although there are many examples of the utilization of the developement index in the training stage, there are few studies in the nurture stage. The purpose of this paper is to explore the direction of teacher nurture, especially the utilization of developement index in the evaluation of educational training. In the verification, we conducted a questionnaire to the elementary school, junior high school, special support school attached to our university, and training cooperation schools（public elementaryand junior high schools in the prefecture）, and considered based on the results. |
