Currentry, there are developement index in all prefectures, and they are being utilized. The main purpose of the developement index is to integrate teacher nurture, recruitment, and training. Looking at previous research, although there are many examples of the utilization of the developement index in the training stage, there are few studies in the nurture stage. The purpose of this paper is to explore the direction of teacher nurture, especially the utilization of developement index in the evaluation of educational training.
