| 内容記述 | 近年，特別支援学校から一般就労への移行を支援するための取組みの充実が社会情勢も反映して必要とされている．本研究では，特別支援学校卒業後の移行支援を視野に入れ，江戸川区立障害者就労支援センターの職業的アセスメントに関する取組みについて報告した．江戸川区立障害者就労支援センターでは，「気軽にアセスメントを受けられる仕組みづくり」を目指して取組みを行い，評価キットの作成，職業的アセスメントの理解促進活動などを行っている．このような取組みは，地域における移行支援を充実させ，地域の連携促進を促すなどの効果が見られた．これは，移行支援の質の向上に寄与するだけではなく，多機関連携の促進にも寄与すると考えられた． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, it has been necessary to enhance efforts to support the transition from special schools to general employment, reflecting the social situation. In this study, we reported on the efforts of the Edogawa Ward Work Support Center for Persons with Disabilities regarding vocational assessment, with a view to supporting transition after graduating from a special school. The Edogawa Ward Work Support Center for Persons with Disabilities is making efforts with the aim of "creating a system that makes it easy to receive assessments," creating evaluation kits, and promoting understanding of vocational assessments. Such efforts have had the effect of enhancing transitional support in the region and promoting regional cooperation. It was thought that such efforts would not only contribute to improving the quality of transition support, but also to promoting multi-institutional collaboration. | |||||||||||||
