In this study, we reported on the efforts of the Edogawa Ward Work Support Center for Persons with Disabilities regarding vocational assessment, with a view to supporting transition after graduating from a special school. The Edogawa Ward Work Support Center for Persons with Disabilities is making efforts with the aim of "creating a system that makes it easy to receive assessments," creating evaluation kits, and promoting understanding of vocational assessments. Such efforts have had the effect of enhancing transitional support in the region and promoting regional cooperation.
