| 内容記述 | 目的：断酒を継続しているアルコール依存症者の「生きる力と支え」を明らかにする. 方法：断酒継続，断酒自助グループ参加継続3年以上の方に半構造的インタビューを行い，データを質的帰納的に分析した. 結果：10名の面接から1つの中核カテゴリー，7つのカテゴリーが抽出された.アルコール依存症者は飲酒時代の悲惨な自分と向きあっていくことで，日常生活に価値をおき，変化していく物事を前向きにとらえ，人として充実し成長していたことから中核カテゴリーは【悲惨だった体験を前向きに捉え，人として成長していくこと】とした. 結論：アルコール依存症者の断酒継続の「生きる力と支え」とは，日常生活の中から酒害体験に新たな意味を見出し，その生活体験を前向きに捉えて人として充実し成長していくことであった.これにより看護職者も人としてアルコール依存症者と共に学んでいく意識をもち人間的に成長していく支援の重要性が示された. Objective: To clarify the "power and support" of alcoholics who are continuing to stop to drinking alcohol. Method: Semi-structured group interviews for people who has continued abstinence and/or joining of abstinence selfhelp group participation over 3 years. Those data was analyzed qualitatively inductively. Result: One core category and 7 categories were extracted from 10 interviews. The core category is that alcohol addicts have valued their daily life by facing up with their misery in the drinking era, positively grasping things that are changing, and fulfilling and growing up as a human being. Grasp the miserable experience positively and grow as a person. Conclusion: “The power and support” for alcohol addicts to continue their abstinence meant that their experience of alcohol damage had added value to their daily lives, and it had made them grow as a human being. As a result, it was shown the importance of nurses’ support that had not only sense of learning but also growth of human being with the alcohol addicts. |
