秋田県生涯学習センターは，「あきたスマートカレッジ」事業を運営している．この中の「行動人講座・実践コース」において，「点訳ボランティアになろう」という講座を企画し運営を行った．行動人とは，学んだことを生かして周囲の人々や地域を元気にするために行動する人のことである．点訳ボランティアとして地域で活動できる人材の育成を行った結果，障害者の生涯学習支援の推進という点においても成果が得られた．
本論文では，講座運営の過程や受講者の変容・得られた学習成果について分析し，障害者の生涯学習支援の推進における留意点などについて考察した．
Akita Prefectural Lifelong Learning Center operates "Akita Smart College" project. In this project, we organized a lecture titled "Let's become a Braille Translation Volunteer" as "The Lecture of Koudou-Bito / Practical Course". "Koudou-Bito" means the person who can voluntarily act using the knowledge or what they have learned and encourage the surrounding people and the area. As a result of human resources training who can act in the community as a braille translation volunteer, we also found the achievement in promoting lifelong learning support for the handicapped.
In this report, we showed the process of the course management and students’change and performance through the course. Also, we proved the points to note in promoting lifelong learning support for the handicapped. |
