In this project, we organized a lecture titled \"Let's become a Braille Translation Volunteer\" as \"The Lecture of Koudou-Bito / Practical Course\". \"Koudou-Bito\" means the person who can voluntarily act using the knowledge or what they have learned and encourage the surrounding people and the area. As a result of human resources training who can act in the community as a braille translation volunteer, we also found the achievement in promoting lifelong learning support for the handicapped.\nIn this report, we showed the process of the course management and students’change and performance through the course.
