| 内容記述 | 医療環境や看護技術を提供する場の多様化に伴い看護用具も変化している. 臨床に即し, かつ看護技術の原理原則 を教授するのに適した看護用具を検討する基礎資料を得ることを目的に調査した. 方法は質問紙調査法で全国200床 以上の一般病院(以下, 病院) と訪問看護ステーション(以下, 訪問) の看護用具選択に携わる看護職を対象とした. 分析対象は病院198名(有効回答率31.8％), 訪問105名(有効回答率29.3％) であった. 先行研究と教科書から抽出 した96項目の看護用具の使用状況を分析した結果, ガラス製品やゴム製品および水銀を使用した看護用具の使用割合 が低かった. 病院と訪問で使用割合に違いが見られ, 教材の選択には看護の場も考慮する必要があると考察された. |

| 内容記述 | The diversification of the locations that provide medical care and perform necessary nursing skills has led to changes in nursing equipment. We conducted a study in order to create a database on the nursing equipment that is used in the clinical setting, which is suitable for teaching the principles of basic nursing. A questionnaire survey targeting nursing professionals involved in the selection of nursing equipment in general hospitals with 200 beds or more and visiting nursing stations was conducted throughout the country. The subjects included 198 nursing professionals from hospitals (effective response rate : 31.8％) and 105 nursing professionals from visiting stations (effective response rate : 29.3％). An analysis of the trends in the usage of nursing equipment among the 96 items extracted from previous studies and textbooks revealed that the usage rate of nursing equipment containing glass, rubber and mercury was low. A difference was found in the usage rates of hospitals and visiting stations and it was considered that the nursing location should be taken into consideration when selecting teaching materials. |
