| 内容記述 | 脳血管障害患者の日常生活活動の実態と, 日常生活場面における注意機能と運転能力の関連を検討した. 第１研究 では, 退院時のドライビングシミュレーターの結果が, 神経心理学検査結果だけでなくADL 能力とも関連があるこ とを示した. ADL 能力の中では自動車運転と同様に外部環境との関わりが強く, 周囲から評価されやすい項目にお いて関連が認められた. 第２研究では, 運転能力がADL 能力と関連があることに着目し, 患者の日常生活場面の注意機能とドライビング シミュレーターを用いた運転能力との関連を検討した. その結果, 個人のADL には影響しない軽度の注意機能障害 は､運転能力の合図や速度, 認知注意力, 自己抑制に影響があることが示唆された. |

| 内容記述 | We examined the relationship between driving ability and attentional functions in daily life situations and the reality of activities of daily life (ADL) among patients with cerebrovascular disorders. In the first study, the results of a driving simulator test at discharge were found to be related not only to the subject s neuropsychological examination results but also to their ADL ability. In the second study, we examined the relationship between driving ability in a driving simulator and the patient s attention functions in daily life, paying attention to the fact that driving ability is related to ADL abilities. It was suggested that the mild attention disorder, which did not influence their personal ADL abilities, influenced the patients signals and speed, cognitive attention, and self-control during the driving assessment. |
