We interviewed and surveyed the four people who worked in the central position in school or the educational administration. Almost twenty years have passed since the necessity of the principal’s leadership was stressed in reports in the Central Education Council with decentralization of local power. In this paper, we accurately surveyed how the four people grow up as teacher and what the four people coped with as managerial post and we analyzed them. The result of this analysis has an important meaning as the basic process for the foundation of Teaching Profession Graduate School System in Akita University graduate school. |
