近年、障害児教育にICF(国際生活機能分類)を取り入れた教育支援が試行されるようになってきた。本研究ではICFを取り入れた教育支援における本人参加の重要性を明らかにするために、肢体不自由特別支援学校の生徒の進路選択に着目し、事例的検討を行った。対象は肢体特別不自由支援学校の生徒とその保護者、同級生、担任教師および同時期に勤務した教師2名、それぞれにインタビュー調査を実施した。得られたデータ-は、時系列に沿って分析した他、必要に応じて要旨をカテゴリー毎に分類し、分析、考察した。その結果、障害のある本人の<活動>と<参加>状況は、本人をとりまく<人的環境>が大きな影響を及ぼしていることが明らかになった。本人の語りからは、「自分の力を高めたい」という思いと、「自分の生き方の中心は自分」という姿が明らかになり、選択のプライオリティーにおいては本人の意向を十分に取り入れていくことの重要性が示された。また、担任教師の語りからは、教師も生徒から影響を受け、支援の方向性を少しずつ変えてきていた。そこでは、ICFを取り入れたことで教師は生徒を障害の状態だけでなく、生活全体を見ながら支援を行おうとすることにつながっていったことが明らかとなった。 |

In recent years,the educational support of International Classification of Functioning Disability,and Health(ICF) has been initiated for the education of disabled children.The course selection for physically handicapped children was done on a case-by-case interview to make clear the importance of self participation in the educational support that ICF has adopted for the education of children with disabilities.The interview subjects were students,their guardians,classmates,and homeroom teachers.Two teachers worked simultaneously,whom I interviewed.After obtaining the data,I analyzed and considered it chronologically and classified the summaries in categories as needed. As a result,it was claer that "the activity" and "the participation" of the disabled child are very important as they relate to one's "personal environment."The desires that "I want to improve my power" and the appearance that "I am at the center of my way of life" were clarifield from personal accounts.It became clear that we must incorporate the individual perspn's intention to prioritize one's choices. It also became clear that the teacher was influenced by the student and the directionality of support had been changing little-by-little based on the interviews with homeroom teachers.By adopting ICF,it leads us to support students,theur lives overall,and the situation of their disabilities. |
