| 内容記述 | 秋田県総合教育センターでは学齢期の児童生徒への教育相談を行っている。本研究では選択性緘黙と診断されたA児の事例を取り上げ、母親・学校・本人に自閉症スペクトラムの教育的アプローチを取り入れた教育相談を実施した。事例検討にあたって、母親の語るエピソードについて質的研究方法を用いながら分析し、子育てにおいてどのような思いをもち、それがお互いの関係性の中でどのように変化していったのかについて検討した。その結果、エピソードを語ることで母親の本児に対する理解が深まり、関係性にも良好な変化が生じたことや、自閉症スペクトラムの教育的アプローチを取り入れたことで、本人にとって参加できる場面が増えることにつながったことがわかった。また、こうした周囲のかかわりが本人の自己理解を育て、不登校傾向の改善につながることが明らかになった。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This research features the case of a child A diagnosed of selective mutism. Educational counseling adopting the educational approach for autism spectrum was given to the child, the mother and the school. Episodes recounted by the mother were analyzed with qualitative research methodology, conducting review into her thoughts regarding child-raising and changes in the relationship with the child. Ultimately, the mother gained greater understanding of the child in the course of reflecting into the episodes and led to improved change in the relationship. The adoption of the educational approach for autism spectrum had also increased the frequency of child's participation in the counseling sessions. The involvement of people surrounding the child led to growth of self-understanding for the child and to amelioration of the child's tendency towards school non-attendance. | |||||||||||||
