Educational counseling adopting the educational approach for autism spectrum was given to the child, the mother and the school. Episodes recounted by the mother were analyzed with qualitative research methodology, conducting review into her thoughts regarding child-raising and changes in the relationship with the child. Ultimately, the mother gained greater understanding of the child in the course of reflecting into the episodes and led to improved change in the relationship. The adoption of the educational approach for autism spectrum had also increased the frequency of child's participation in the counseling sessions.
