本研究では、秋田県内の保健機関における視覚面に気がかりがある乳幼児に対する早期支援の現状と課題を分析した。その結果、(1) 保健機関の母子保健担当が視覚面に気がかりがある乳幼児に接する機会は、主に3歳児健診で、この健診により、「眼科精密健診受診」が勧められた乳幼児の有所見率は65％であった。(2) 有所見では、「屈折異常（61％）」が最も多く、次いで「弱視（13％）」、「眼位異常（11％）」であった。(3) 各市町村の集団健診は、様々な職種のスタッフが参加していたが、「眼科医」、「視能訓練士」の参加はなかった。(4) 母子保健担当の主たる支援内容は、精密健診のための眼科受診勧奨および眼科との連携であった。(5) 早期支援の充実のために、多くの市町村保健機関（90％）は、他の関係機関との連携強化を図りたいと考えていた。(6) 支援の実施上の課題は、「健診の充実」、「知識・情報の普及」、「関係機関との連携強化」であること等が明らかにされた。 |

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation and issues for early nurturing support of young visually special needs children at health agencies in Akita prefecture. The main findings were as follows: （1） Young children with visually special needs were discovered at mainly 3 years-old children health check-up. （2）The rate of young children having been observed the finding in medical checkup of ophthalmology was 65%. （3） The contents of the medical finding were "ametropia （61%）", "low vision （13%）" and "abnormalities in position of eye （11%）". （4） In a group health check-up, although the staff of various occupational descriptions had participated, there was no participation of "ophthalmologist" and "orthoptist." （5） The main contents for support of maternal-and-child-health were guidance to eye clinic of children required ophthalmology medical checkup, and cooperation with ophthalmologist. （6） It was shown clearly that the issues in support were "enough service of health check-up", "information services", and "cooperation closely with agencies concerned", etc. |
