目的：本研究は, 看護師・理学療法士・作業療法士のインフォームド・コンセント(informed consent, 以下IC)の認識と実際について調査・把握することにある. Ｓ県の病院の中で同意が得られた看護師212名, 理学療法士175名,作業療法士111名を対象に調査した結果, 以下のことが明らかとなった.1. IC の意義として重要としているのは, 医療者と患者の信頼関係確立や患者の自己決定権, 患者の人権を守ることであった.2. IC の認識は, 所属する部署に定着しているとはいえなかった.3. 日常業務におけるIC でいつも実施しているのは, 患者に分かりやすい言葉・表現を用いることやプライバシーへの配慮, 患者に実施する内容や目的を説明することであったが, 患者の希望を取り入れることを実施する割合は低かった.4. 多職種とのカンファレンスを定期的に実施している場合は, いつも日常業務の中で患者の治療方針や計画を他職種と共有し, 他職種の専門性を尊重していた. |

The purpose of this research is to survey and outline the awareness and practice of informed consent (IC) by nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists. As a result of a survey agreed to and taken by 212 nurses, 175 physical therapists and 111 occupational therapists at a hospital in B Prefecture, the following were evident. 1. Establishing a trust relationship, between doctor and patient, the patient’s right to self-determination, and protecting the rights of patients were important to the significance of informed consent. 2. IC could not be said to have been established in the departments to which they belonged. 3. Explaining privacy considerations using easy-to-understand words and expressions to the patient, and explaining the content of what is happening to the patient are carried out on a daily operational basis. However, a low proportion was based on the wishes of the patient. 4. By practice of the regular conferences, sharing patient treatment policies and plans with others led to respect for the expertise of other specialist occupations. |
