| 内容記述 | This paper aims at clarifying the actual condition of the Akita dialect spoken by younger age groups, by investigating accent and phoneme which are particular in the akita dialect. For the purpose, I put focus on following three phenomena, the accent of two-syllable nouns (types IV,V), the nasalization of /g/ sounds, the fusion of diphthong in this research. Moreover, I investigated the image of the Akita dialect and the consciousness about their usage of dialect, and considered how it would be connected with each of above-mentioned actual conditions. As a result, it turned out that the accent of two-syllable nouns (types IV,V) is used differently in the dialect and the common language, that the nasalization of /g/ sounds is declining in a remarkable degree compared to other dialects, and that the fusion of diphthong tends to be held clearly. Moreover, in the survey on their awareness, it turned out that the image of the Akita dialect and the consciousness about their usage of dialect is complicated. According to the survey, it is implied that the accent and the phoneme of the Akita dialect vary, and that the variation is closely related with the complicated consciousness of younger age groups. | |||||||||
