| 内容記述 | 本稿では中上級の42名の日本語学習者に文産出課題を課すことにより,「ように」を用いた「命令,依頼」の内容を示す間接話法の習得状況の一端を探った。さらに,日本語教科書や参考書等での「ように」を用いた間接話法のこれまでの取り扱われ方等についても検討し,効果的な文型提示や指導法について考察した。間接話法がふさわしい文脈において「ように」を用いた間接話法を産出できた学習者は全体の20%程度であり,習得状況は決して良いとは言えない。1級合格者については半数弱が「ように」節を産出することができていたが,語用論的に不適切な「ように」節の産出も見られた。また,1級合格者の残りの半数は「と」節を用いた直接話法の文を産出していた。このことから,直接話法よりも間接話法がふさわしい状況があることを理解させた上で,待遇表現の調節も含めた適切な「ように」節が使用できるような運用練習を行っていく必要があると考えられる。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper investigates the acquisition of indirect speech which expresses "order/request" using yooni by intermediate and advanced learners of Japanese as a foreign language. This paper also examines how the usage of this type of yooni is described in some Japanese textbooks, and considers effective ways of teaching it. The data for this research were obtained from the sentence production tests of 42 participants. The results indicated that about only 20% of the total was able to product well-formed "yooni" sentences. Even the participants who passed level 1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), fewer than half of them were able to product "yooni" sentences, and some of them made pragmatically inappropriate "yooni" sentences. The other half who passed level 1 of the JLPT used direct speech using "to" sentences. All these things make it clear that we should have learners of Japanese understand the proper situations to use indirect speech, and do communicative drills to enable them to use appropriate "yooni" sentences. | |||||||||
