| 内容記述 | 目的：本研究は, 全国の訪問看護師を対象に情報通信機器を使用した看護の実施状況を把握し, 実施に影響を及ぼす要因を検討することを目的とした. 方法：全国698か所の訪問看護ステーションに勤務する訪問看護師各１名を対象として郵送による調査を実施した.対象の属性と情報通信機器を使用した看護の実施状況との関連をχ2検定により検討した. 結果および結論：277の有効回答を得た. 情報通信機器を使用した看護の方法で, 実施率が高いものは『デジタル画像での観察・報告』で78.4％, 次いで『24時間電話相談』が59.6％, 『E メールでの連絡・相談』が29.2％であった.情報通信機器を使用した看護を実施しない理由は｢設備・運用費用の問題｣が最も多かった. 都市部の訪問看護師で,情報通信機器を使用した看護を必要と感じる割合が高く, 訪問看護利用者数や看護職員数の多い施設で実施率が高かった. 情報通信機器を使用した看護の実施には, 施設の経済的な問題の解決, 高齢者でも簡易に操作できる通信機器の開発, 通信環境の整備等が必要であることが示唆された. |

| 内容記述 | Purpose : The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the practice of visiting nurses in Japan using telecommunications and to investigate related factors. Method : Questionnaires were mailed to one nurse in 698 Visiting Nursing Stations in Japan. Chisquare tests were used to analyze these responses. Results and Conclusion : The number of effective responses was 277. Among these respondents who were already using telecommunications as visiting nurses, 78.4％ said the medical staffs were using digital imaging for patient observation and reporting, 59.6％ replied that they used 24 hour telephone counseling, 29.2％ replied that they used email for counseling. Those who replied that they were not using any form of telecommunications in nursing identified the major reason as "cost of installation and operation too high". Visiting Nurses in urban areas are more aware of the need for visiting nursing use of telecommunications than in non-urban areas. This Chi-test study also revealed that Visiting Nursing Stations with more nursing staff and more patients for Home Care have implemented more visiting nursing use of telecommunications than other Visiting Nursing Stations. In order to facilitate visiting nursing use of telecommunications further, financial conditions of Visiting Nursing Stations have to be improved. Developments of more 'user-friendly' telecommunication devices for elderly people are strongly recommended. Upgrading telecommunication networks in non-urban areas is strongly recommended. |
