| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は, Ａ養護学校における理学療法士・作業療法士(以下PT・OT と略) 導入の効果を明らかにし, 今後の連携を円滑に進めるための要因を探ることである. 53人の教員を対象にアンケートによる意識調査を行い, 著 者等の実践に基づく考察を加えた. 52人(回収率98％) の教員から回答があり, (１) PT・OT に対する期待として ポジショニング指導と摂食指導についてのニードが最も多かった. (２) 教職員の役割については, 自立活動の取り 組みが１位を占めていた. (３) 養護学校の課題としては表現できる力を養うという項目が１位を占めていた. (４) PT・OT が４月より導入され, 役だったかどうかという設問に対しては49人(94％) が役立ったという評価をして いた. しかも39人(75％) からのコメントがあった. 結論としてPT・OT と教員間の連携が促され, この12ヶ月間 の活動は全体として一定の評価ができるものと考えた. To determine the effects of the first adoption of PTs (3 individuals) and OTs (1 individual) at the Akita Prefectural School for Special Needs Children, and to identify factors facilitating future cooperation. Method : An attitude questionnaire survey was conducted on 53 teachers. Analysis : Following simple tabulation, results were analyzed using the chi square goodness of fit test, and classified by the number of years of education experience. Results : Responses were obtained from 52 (response rate 98％) teachers. 1) The most commonly cited areas of need for PTs and OTs were dietary guidance and adaptation of wheelchair sheeting, walker, brace etc. 2) The most commonly perceived role of teachers was to nurture the children s independence. 3) In response to the question regarding the effectiveness of the PTs and OTs adopted in April, 49 (94％) teachers evaluated the PTs and OTs as being effective. Thus, considering that 39 (75％) parents commented positively on the effectiveness of PT and OT adoption, the activities thus far can be thought to have achieved some degree of success. |
