| 内容記述 | 本稿では，学校においてICTを活用した教育・学習を展開していく際に，学校や教師 にはどのようなスタンスで臨むことが求められるか，試論として考察する．はじめに， GIGAスクール構想によるICT環境の整備の背景として，国際的に見たICT活用の遅れと 各自治体の努力によって整備されてきた状況を整理した．次に，ICTを活用することによって 目指される子どもの学びについて，エージェンシーの概念を取り上げた．これらの取り組 みを推進する上で，今までの学校教育システムの枠組みを前提とするのではなく，それら をも問い直し，新たな教育，学習の枠組みを提案していくことが重要であると述べた．結 論として，学校組織文化のモデルをふまえ，子どもの学びのありようが変わっていく可能 性を認識しておきながら，子どもの学びの諸要因に対して持っている前提認識をあえて問 い直すことの重要性を指摘した． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this paper, we will consider what kind of stance is required of schools and teachers when developing education and learning using ICT in schools. First, as the background of the improvement of the ICT environment by the GIGA school project of MEXT, the delay in the utilization of ICT seen internationally and the situation that has been improved by the efforts of each local government are summarized. Next, I took up the concept of an agency（OECD Education 2030） about the learning process of children aimed at by utilizing ICT. In promoting these efforts, the author said that it is important not to presuppose the framework of the school education system so far, but to reconsider them and propose a new framework for education and learning. In conclusion, based on the model of school organizational culture, be aware of the possibility that children's learning may be changing, and dare to reconider the premise recognition that children have for various factors of learning. | |||||||||
