2002年10月〜2003年9月の一年間に,当院手術部から入力されたインシデント報告のうち,手術部での看護に係わるものは23件であった.内訳は,患者の誤認防止に関するもの1件,血液製剤・輸注に関するもの13件,術中の看護に関するもの9件であった.これらの事例を紹介し,その対応策について検討した. |

Of the incident reports collected from October 2002 to November 2003 in our hospital, a total of 23 reports concerned nursing in the operating room. One report dealt with prevention of misidentification of the patient, thirteen with blood products and transfusion, and nine with matters relating to intraoperative nursing. In this paper, the details of these reports are introduced and evaluated from the standpoint of prevention of such incidents. |
