| 内容記述 | 本研究は，対話リフレクションにおいて表出した信念に関わる発話場面を分析し，対話リフレクションを通して数学教師の信念の様相を明らかにすることを目的としたものである．信念の枠組みとしてコルトハーヘンの「玉ねぎモデル」を参考にしながら，「信じていること」，「アイデンティティ」，「使命」，「コア・クオリティ」の４つのカテゴリーを設定し，表出した発話から，教師の信念について分析を試みた．そして，「コア・クオリティ」の言語化を目指した．プロトコルの分析結果から，信念に関わる発話は，授業の拠り所としている実践知に関する発話がその大多数を占めていた．また，「コア・クオリティ」に関する発話の出現数は他よりも少なかったものの，対話リフレクションを通して「優しさ」，「誠実さ」，「公平」，「向上心」，「意欲」，「自発性」といった共通の「コア･クオリティ」を言語化することができた．対話リフレクションを通した「コア・クオリティ」の強化や修正のあり方が今後の課題である． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the aspects of mathematics teachers' belief through dialogue reflection by analyzing the verbal situations related to the beliefs expressed in dialogue reflection. Referring to Korthagen "Onion Model" as a framework for beliefs，we set up four categories of beliefs: "Belief，" "Identity," "Mission," and "Core Qualities," and attempted to analyze the teachers' beliefs from their expressed utterances. The goal was to create a language of "core qualities". The results of the protocol analysis showed that the majority of the utterances related to beliefs were those related to the practical knowledge on which the class is based. Although the number of utterances related to "core qualities" was smaller than the others，common core qualities such as "kindness，"sincerity，" "fairness" "ambition，" "motivation，" and "initiative" were verbalized through dialog reflections. The way to strengthen and modify the "core quality" through dialogue reflection is an issue for the future. | |||||||||
