| 内容記述 | 本実践の目的は，秋田の教師が工夫・改善を積み重ねてきた「学習シート」（児童用）の財産を，「授業プランシート」（教師用）という形で継承することにある。そのため，本時で活用する既習スキルと身に付けるスキル，ならびに児童に考えさせることと教師が教えることを明確にし，本時のめあて（児童側）から一般化への流れの妥当性や整合性の検討を通して，学習シートの趣旨を生かした間題解決型の「授業プランシート」を開発した。さらに，若手教員とのTT授業を通して，「授業プランシート」を実践すると共に，指導を通しての気付きや課題を「授業プランシート」に朱書きし，次年度への改善につなげた。その結呆，秋田の教員が「学習シート」を通して培ってきた授業実践知の継承に向けて，確かな手応えを得ることができた。今後の課題は若手教員が自力で単元・授業設計を行い，「授業プランシート」を開発・実践・評価・改善していく能力を育成することである。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this practice is to inherit the assets of the "learning sheets" (for children), which Akita teachers have been devising and improving, in the form of"lesson plan sheets" (for teachers).For this reason, it is important to clarify the skills to be learned and the skills to be acquired, as well as the skills to be taught and the skills to be considered by the children. By examining the appropriateness and consistency of the flow from the objective of this lesson (children's side) to generalization, we developed a problem ・solving "lesson plan sheets" that utilizes the purpose of the "learning sheets". In addition, through TT classes with young teachers, we practiced the "lesson plan sheets", and we also learned about the "lesson plan sheets" through teaching. As a result, we were able to obtain a solid response from the Akita teachers to pass on the practical knowledge they had gained through the "learning sheets". The future challenge is to develop the ability of young teachers to design their own units and lessons, and to develop, practice, evaluate, and improve the "lesson plan sheets. | |||||||||
