| 内容記述 | 本研究は，教師を反省的実践家として捉え，学び続ける数学教師の育成を目指す対話リフレクションモデルを開発し，その実践から対話リフレクションの有用性を明らかにすることを日的としたものである．はじめに，先行研究から技術的実践と反省的実践を比較し，教師教育における省察行為の璽要性について検討した．次に，授業研究における対話リフレクションの意義を暗黙知の明示化および自己リフレクションのための足場づくりに求め，そこに参加する聞き手としての指導教員の役割と位置について分類した．そして，初任者研修での授業研究指導において，対話リフレクションを実践した．授業VTR視聴による対話リフレクションでは，指導教員が授業参観中には意識しなかった実践知を取り上げている場面が見られ，この中には暗黙知と思われる実践知が含まれていた．対話リフレクションによって暗黙知が明示化されて，お互いの信念が揺れ動いており，対話リフレクションでの指導教員の関わり方が璽要であることが明らかになった． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to develop a dialogue reflection model that aims to develop mathematics teachers who continue to learn by regarding teachers as reflexive practitioners, and to clarify the usefulness of dialogue reflection from the practice.First, I compared technical practices and reflective practices from previous studies, and examined the importance of reflection in teacher education. Next, the significance of dialogue reflection in lesson study was sought for the clarification of tacit knowledge and the creation of scaffolding for self-reflection, and the role and position of the supervisor as a listener who participated in it was classified. Then, we practiced dialogue reflection in the lesson study guidance in the beginner training.In the dialogue reflection by watching the class VTR, there was a scene in which the academic advisor took up practical knowledge that was not conscious during the class visit, and this included practical knowledge that seems to be tacit knowledge.Tacit knowledge was clarified by dialogue reflection, and mutual beliefs were shaken, and it became clear that the way instructors are involved in dialogue reflection is important. | |||||||||
