| 内容記述 | 長期間の入院を経て原籍校に復学した児童生徒と関わりのある医療機関や学校の関係者を対象に，復学支援の現状と課題に関するインタビュー調査を行った．その結果，復学支援には教育と医療が連携・協働し，当事者のニーズに対応することが必要であることが明らかになった．スムーズな復学のため，入院時及び退院時の関係者による支援会議の実施，入院中の学習支援と原籍校との交流，関係者間をつなぐコーディネーターの役割，「個別の教育支援計画」の活用，復学に向けた原籍校との連携の在り方を明確にする必要性が確認された．これらのことから，復学支援システムを機能させながら原籍校の主体的な関わりを促し，治療と学習の環境を整え，入院が決まってから復学後の学校生活まで継続して支援できる体制の構築が求められた． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | An interview survey was conducted with medical institution and school personnel who are involved with children who returned to their local schools after the long period of hospitalization, regarding the current status and issues of the school re-entry support. The findings show that the collaboration and cooperation between the education and medical care and the response to the needs of children concerned are necessary to support their return to school. In order to ensure their smooth return to school, it was confirmed that it is necessary to; hold support meetings among related parties at the time of hospitalization and discharge; devise ways to support learning and exchange activities with local schools during hospitalization; clarify the role of the coordinator in connecting related parties; utilize the “Individual Education Support Plan;” and clarify how to collaborate with local schools for the return to school.Based on these findings, it is required to establish the system that can encourage the proactive involvement of local schools while functioning the school re-entry support program, improve an environment for medical treatment and learning, and provide continuous support from the time of their hospitalization to school life after returning to school. | |||||||||||||
