| 内容記述 | 秋田県の高校で情報科を担当している教員の現在の情報科指導の現状と新教科「情報Ⅰ」に対する不安などについて，秋田県高等学校教育研究会情報教育部会で報告された信田正之部会長によるアンケート調査と全国における調査を比較しながら検討を行った．その結果，「社会と情報」のみの担当者が多い，情報の免許を持たない教員が約 1 ／ 4 程度を占めるなど，大きくは全国の調査と傾向は同じであった．しかし，秋田県では情報以外の免許として実業系，特に商業の免許所有者が多く，理数の免許所有者が少ないことが特徴であることが分かった．また，現在の情報科の指導における問題点について，生徒のスキルや意欲の格差及び指導者の専門知識・技術の不足等が上位であった． 新教科「情報Ⅰ」の指導については，生徒が小中で学んでくるスキル，教材研究の負担増，指導者の専門知識・スキル，評価方法等についての不安が上位であった．教科の内容では「コンピュータとプログラミング」について，困難さを感じていた．これらは免許の有無との関係が見られなかった．全国での調査からは，教科の内容の指導の自信と免許の有無について関係が認められている．秋田県では，情報科単独で教員採用をしていないため，2000年度（平成12年度）～2002年度（平成14年度）の現職教員等講習会で免許を取得した教員の免許所有者に占める割合が極めて高い．今回の結果はこのことが，一因と推測した． さらに，新教科「情報Ⅰ」に対応するためには情報科での教員採用を行い，大学在学中に免許を取得した教員を増やすとともに，現職教員に対する研修等のサポートを行政や大学で強化することを提言した． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | We examined current situation of curriculum “Information Study”instruction and anxieties about the new curriculum“Information Study I”at high schools in Akita Prefecture by comparing results of the questionnaire by Mr. Shinta Masayuki, chairperson of Akita Prefectural High School Education Study Group Information Education Subcommittee and results of survey nationwide. The results denotes the same tendency of the ones of survey nationwide, for example, there are many teachers teaching only“Information Study for Participating Community”, 1/4 teacher does not have a proper license. On the other hand, the feature of Akita Prefecture is that many teachers have industry especially business teacher’s license and few have math and science teacher’s license other than information teacher’s license. About the problems of the current instruction of the “Information Study”, gaps of student’s skills and motivations and scarce expertise and skills were listed at the top. About the problems of the instruction of the “Information Study I”, student’s skills they may study at elementary and senior high school, increasing burden for teaching material research and teacher’s scarce expertise and skills were listed at the top. About the content of the subject, teachers were feeling the difficulty“Computer and programming”. These things didn’t have a relationship to having or not a proper license. But from results of survey nationwide, It has a relationship between confidence in teaching the contents and having or not the proper license. Very high percentage of license holders who got at in-service teacher training. We made a conjecture that this is one of the factors of the results above. And also, we suggested that employment of teachers for“Information Study”to increase teachers with proper license and that strengthen support such as training for current teachers in government and universities. | |||||||||
