| 内容記述 | This paper is a study on the first CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) ”CROSSE AKITA” in Akita-City as an example. First, we survey papers of CCRC in Japan, and analyzed impact to community. In addition, we research expectations for CCRC based on the report by Akita Prefectural Government, and we estimate effects of the “CROSSE AKITA” that impacts to central area of Akita-City. As a result, it became clear that CCRC impacts to community and regional economy. It is an important factor in creating revitalization of the regional community from the perspective of regional management. | |||||||||||||
