近年，特別支援学校から一般就労への移行を支援するための取組みが求められている．そのため，特別支援学校における職業教育を充実させていくことが必要である．本研究では，特別支援学校における職業教育の改善の実践について報告した．改善の実践として，職業リハビリテーションの支援技法である職務分析及び課題分析を実施し，これまで教室で実施されてきた作業学習の職務内容の再整理を行った．加えて，職務を再編及び新設する等し，教育を実施するための教室環境の整備を行った．このような改善の取組みは，個々の生徒の障害特性のアセスメントとアセスメント結果に基づいた指導の実施を促すと考えられた．また，この実践は，より多様な障害程度の生徒の指導を充実させると考えられた． |

In recent years, a lot of efforts have been needed to support the transition from special support school to employment. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance career education at special support schools. This study reports on efforts to improve career education in special support school. As an improvement effort, job analysis and task analysis which are the technique of the vocational rehabilitation were carried out, and the job content which had been carried out until now was rearranged. In addition, the classroom environment for career education was improved by reorganizing and establishing new jobs. These improvement efforts were considered to encourage the assessment of individual students' disability characteristics and the implementation of guidance based on the assessment results. It was also thought that this improvement effort would enhance the support of students with various disabilities. |
