| 内容記述 | 携帯型ディスポーザブル注入ポンプを使用した外来がん化学療法を受ける，高齢の切除不能進行・再発大腸がんの患者の体験を明らかにすることを目的とし，65歳以上の患者5名を対象に，半構造化面接を行った．逐語録から，体験に関する部分を抽出して切片化し，意味内容の類似性・相違性に基づきカテゴリー化した．患者の体験として，4つの大カテゴリー，13の中カテゴリー，45の小カテゴリーが抽出された．患者は，【死を意識する病を持つ脅威】を感じながら，【逃れられない治療による不都合とのせめぎあい】の中で療養生活を送っており【療養生活を支え，後押ししてくれるものがある】からこそ，【がんとの暮らしは今のところ自分の手の内にある】と感じていた． The purpose of this study is to clarify the experience of using portable disposable infusion pumps for chemotherapy in elderly patients with advanced and recurrent colorectal cancer in an outpatient setting. A semi-structured interview was conducted for five patients over 65 years of age. The interviews were transcribed, coded and compared, then categorized based on similarities and differences in semantic content. As a result, four major categories were extracted：1) threats with death-conscious illness；2) conflict with unavoidable inconvenience caused by treatment；3) find support and encouragement in my daily life associated with medical treatment；4) feelings that life with cancer is now my own management. |
