| 内容記述 | 視覚特別支援学校におけるキャリア教育の現状と今後の在り方を検討するため，教員への質問紙調査を行った．その結果，視覚障害の状況や心理的特性を踏まえ，児童生徒一人一人の将来の社会参加に向けて育むべき力を明確にし，学部を超えた一貫した教育実践の重要性が示唆された．また，児童生徒が，自己と社会との関係性について考え，キャリア発達に向けた能力や資質を育成するための教育課程上の位置づけを見直す必要がある．さらに，進路指導の充実により，あんまマッサージ指圧師，はり師，きゅう師（以下三療）以外の進路選択肢を広げる努力が求められていることを提起した． To investigate the current status and future shape of career education in the special needs education schools for the visually impaired, a questionnaire survey among teachers in these schools was conducted. The results suggest that, based on the conditions of visual disturbance and the psychological characteristics of individual students, it is important to clarify their potential which should be developed aiming at future social participation and to practice a consistent education across faculty. In addition, it is necessary to review the positioning on the curriculum, on which students depend to cultivate their capabilities and qualifications for career development on the basis of their consideration of the relationship between themselves and the society. Furthermore, an issue was presented on the expectation to make an effort to provide a wider choice of career paths other than Masseurs, Acupuncturists and Moxibutionists,“ Sanryo,” by improving the quality of career guidance. |
