| 内容記述 | The purpose this paper is to make clear the deployment process of lifelong education in Akita prefecture after 1970 and roles of Akita lifelong learning center in the future. Yujiro Obata, a former governor, built the system of lifelong education support and he ambitiously implemented much policy. He settled Akita lifelong education center（lifelong learning center in present）. This center is the base of lifelong education in Akita prefecture. It provides many lifelong learning courses for people, training courses for municipal staffs, and information on lifelong learning. There is the need of support for “Koudou-bito” and cooperation with municipalities to advance lifelong learning in Akita prefecture. |
