統合失調症患者の社会復帰を目指したリハビリテーションにおいて，社会生活技能に関する因子を，統合失調症認知機能評価尺度日本語版(BACS-J)，Japanese Adult Reading Test (JART) ，精神障害者社会生活評価尺度(LASMI)の三種類の検査を用いて，知的機能の観点から検討した.その結果，社会生活技能に対しては，結晶性知能よりも流動性知能がより強く関与していることが示された.社会生活技能の中でも，とくに日常生活に関わる具体的な活動について，流動性知能の関与が濃厚であることが示唆された. |

The factors that influence the social skills of schizophrenic patients were examined according to the intelligence function using the Brief Assessment of Cognition in Schizophrenia, Japanese version (BACSJ), the Japanese Adult Reading Test (JART) and the Life Assessment Scale for Mental Illness (LASMI) to determine which factors most strongly influence the rehabilitation of these patients. The fluid intelligence was shown to more strongly influence the social skill than the crystallized intelligence. In addition, the participation of the fluid intelligence was considered to be strong, specifically regarding the social skills related to the activities of daily living. |
