Hiroshima who worked in Akita education manager analyzed the knowledge and skills which are needed for managerial post, organizing and reflecting his experience. It is clear that he thinks managerial post should recognize the three points such as accident prevention in school children, scandal prevention, teacher’s health care problems and he says managerial post should tackle these three points. This gives us suggestion about what kinds of classes we should make for the graduate students who are candidates for managerial post in the foundation of Teaching Profession Graduate School System in Akita University graduate school. |
