本研究は，３年間の進路学習の実践から，進路学習の方法論における成果と課題を明かにしていく。進路学習の方法論的成果は，(1)学習内容の系統性，(2)「調べる→体験する→振り返る」学習活動の構成，及び(3)考えるツールとしてのワークシートの活用が提示できる。そして，重度重複障害生徒の進路学習の充実に向けては，生徒の生活を広げ豊かにするという視点での「地域を巻き込だ進路学習」の実践の蓄積が今後の課題になる。具体的には，(1)｢保護者，地域の施設，関係機関と協同した進路学習の授業づくり｣，(2)「地域生活をイメージした進路体験の充実」が考えられる。 |

The research herein sheds light to theachievements and issues in methodology for implementing learning for career, based onactual practice over a span of three years. In terms of achievements in methodology, results could be found in the use of worksheets as the tool in (1) maintaining consistency and continuity in study content and（2）organizing the "gathering information -> experience-> relearning" study cycle, as well as（3）as tool for thinking. Furthermore, the issues in learning for career for students with serious disabilities are believed to be (1) "learning for career curriculum planning involving the local community" and (2) "improvement in learning for career experience with community living in mind," founded on the perspective of expanding and enriching the scope of living for the students. |
