| 内容記述 | 本研究は、教職員を対象に特別支援教育とインクルーシブ教育システムに関するキーワードの認知度調査を行い、今後のインクルーシブ教育システム構築の方向性を探ることを目的とした。調査の結果、新しい「インクルーシブ教育システム」に関するキーワードの認知度は、これまでの「特別支援教育」に関するキーワードに比べ低かった。また、学校種や職種、特別支援教育への関心が認知度に大きく影響していた。これらの結果から、教職員は「共生社会の形成」という視点に立ち、インクルーシブ教育システムに対する正しい理解を深めていくことが必要とされた。さらに研修の拡充により、全ての教職員が特別な教育的ニーズのある幼児児童生徒の支援に関する一定水準の知識・技能を有する必要があることを提案した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Under this study, an awareness survey of teaching staff regarding keywords related to special needs education and inclusive education system was conducted to explore into the directions in building the inclusive education system in the future. The findings showed that an awareness level of the keyword "inclusive education system" was low compared to "special needs education". Furthermore, awareness was influenced by the types of school, positions in schools and interest level for special needs education. The results revealed that the teaching staff needs to gain accurate understanding of the inclusive education system and to view the issue from the perspective of "development of a symbiotic society in which persons with and without disabilities can live together." Improvement and expansion of training programs is also proposed for all teaching staff members to enable them to gain a certain level of knowledge and skills in support of students and schoolchildren needing special educational needs. | |||||||||
