| 内容記述 | Japanese legal system established in the eight centuly. Akita and Noshiro were a frontier post on route to Hokkaido at the end of the seventh century. The cetral governmemt started to construct local administractive offices and forted government offices in northern Japan in eighth century. This paper examines the character of the Noshiro area and discusses the administration of Dewa under the rituryo system. | |||||||||
